What is Malasama?
Malasama is a real estate development and investment company focused exclusively on Kuta, Lombok — one of the fastest-growing tourism and property markets in Southeast Asia. The official company name is Malasama Development (also known as Malasama Development).
Founded with a single operating boutique hotel — the Malasama Suites Hotel — we have since grown to six developments totalling 90 units across villas, studios, and hotel suites in Kuta, Lombok, from sold-out Oasis Dune Villas and Samana Boutique Studios to Saona Studios, now in progress.
Every Malasama property is engineered for one purpose: rental performance. We design, build, and operate properties so that investors receive predictable, transparent returns without managing day-to-day operations.
